1. Shipping Partner​

Appetize partners with third party courier services for all shipping services related to orders placed through its website. Due to the perishable nature of its edible products, Appetize does not offer standard shipping services and ensures careful handling during dispatch.

2. Product Shelf Life & Storage​

  • All products shipped by Appetize have a minimum shelf life of one month to four months from the date of dispatch.
  • To maintain product quality, customers are advised to store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or as instructed by the brand.
  • 3. Order Tracking

    • Tracking details for shipped orders will be provided directly by the respective third-party courier service via email/messages.
    • Appetize is not responsible for tracking parcels on behalf of customers.
    • Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipments through the tracking system provided by the courier service.

    4. Delivery ETA & Service Area

    • Order will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
    • Shipping is only available to pin codes covered under the service network of our third-party courier partners.
    • Customers are advised to verify service availability before placing an order.

    5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

    • Customers must ensure that they provide the correct postal and contact details at checkout.
    • Appetize is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information.
    • In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details or unavailability of the recipient, no refunds will be provided.
    • Courier partner will attempt delivery only once; reattempts will not be made.

    6. Delivery Timelines & Potential Delays

    • While our courier partners are known for efficient shipping, Appetize does not take responsibility for delivery delays.
    • Customers are advised to plan their orders well in advance, especially during peak seasons like Diwali, Rakhi, Christmas, and other festive occasions when shipping volumes are high.

    7. Shipping Charges

    • Appetize uses third party courier services, and all shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
    • Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout.
